Osteopathy and manual therapy are helpful tools and approaches to get you moving better. Samantha has completed the 7 year osteopathic training program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto.
What to expect during you assessment:
Samantha will ask you move in a variety of ways and use her hands to help determine areas which are moving less well than others.
Osteopathy is a whole body approach and as such the assessment looks at your body from head to toe.
Osteopathic treatment involves a hands on approach where Samantha will use various techniques to help you move more easily and feel better.
